If you buy a Condo in a Condo community the owner gets the ownership of a
precisely specified Condo
and decides everything of the inside interior. The Condo community itself
determines and provides the community equipment and maintenance of community

In both sorts of communities the property owner has to pay Home owners fees for
the maintenance of Condo community property.
Besides the
Condo communities there are also the so-called communities which are either
openly entered or which are gated. These communities are either single-family
