The best known local newspapers at the southeast coast are the Miami Herald (Spanish edition of El Heraldo) and Sun Sentinel in Fort Lauderdale. As national newspapers you can get mostly the USA Today and The New York Times in South Florida. Foreign newspapers are available in well-stocked bookstores and major newsstands. The newspapers are also sold in vending boxes at the sidewalks of the roads. You put the required amount into the money box, open the container and take the newspaper out of the box.
