Entry without a Visa into Florida United States of America.

The United States of America have with several countries made an agreement that their inhabitants may enter the United States with a valid pass port for a period up to 90 days.

This Program of the United States is knows as Visa Waiver Program – short VWP – and exists between the following countries:

                                        Denmark,
                                        Germany,
                                        Estonia(*),
                                        Finland,
                                        France,
                                        Great Britain,
                                        Ireland,
                                        Iceland,
                                        Italy,

                                        Letvia(*),
                                        Liechtenstein,
                                        Lathuania(*),
                                        Luxemburg,
                                        Malta(*),
                                        Monaco,
                                        New Zealand,
                                        the Netherlands,
                                        Norway,
                                        Austria,
                                        Portugal,
                                        Republic of Korea(*),
                                        San Marino,
                                        Sweden,
                                        Switzerland,
                                        Slovenia,
                                        Singapore,
                                        Spain,
                                        Hungary(*),
                                        Slovak Republic (*),
                                        Czech Republic (*).

For countries which are marked with a star the electronic pass port with a necessary chip is a requirement. If the traveler does not owe such a pass port he has to visit the diplomatic department of the United States to discuss the correct procedure.

The program is only allowed for tourists and visitors who have a return ticket or a round ticket from a transportation company which have agreed to the Visa Waiver Program. If the used transportation company has not agreed to the above mentioned program this entry process is not available for their travelers.

To work in the United States is strictly prohibited when you enter the United States under the circumstance of the Visa Waiver Program. The program is also not available for people who have already a criminal record or do not meet special heath requirements.
